Staff were lovely and incredibly helpful, making me feel right at home. The location is perfectly quiet yet just minutes away from the shops. Loved the room's luxurious feel with personalized touches!
The coffee service was a bit like a scavenger hunt. I almost got a workout running to the reception! And my shower could use an upgrade—felt like it was stuck in the past.

Highly recommend it for families
We had this very nice cabana for the day, service was excellent and the food was just superb! The room was a Grand Beautiful, like stepping into a dream, huge comfy beds, and they even had this relaxing sleep time drink at turndown. Just what we needed after a long flight.
It wasn’t affordable, but I think it was worth it in the end.

Amazing staff and sweet vibes
I spent 4 nights as a solo traveler, and wow, the staff were just the best! So friendly and helpful, making my stay super chill. They even hooked me up with breakfast—so popular! Only bummer was the coffee situation. I’d hoped for something better than the regular American stuff in my room.
